ROCK is the entry-level fitness program in the Eagle Strength Series. It’s designed to burn calories and build strength through specific strength movement patterns and cardio blasts.

Overview
 

Target Population:

Beginner fitness/small group training

Goal:

The client will build confidence and strength in three target motions while supersetting each exercise with a functional, fitness-based exercise targeting another area of the body.
