BLAZE is the intermediate-level fitness program in the Bravo Energy Burn Series. It’s designed to burn calories and build strength through specific strength movement patterns and cardio blasts.

Target Population:

Intermediate fitness/small group training

Goal:

The client will build a broader base of overall fitness through total body movement patterns linked together in a fast-paced, high-calorie burn circuit.
